If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or you wish to make a complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Anonymous callers and emails are treated with discretion.

All emails and calls are handled without discrimination or bias. At no time will you be refused a refund or replacement product. It is our goal to help you resolve any issues that you encounter. As soon as your complaint is received, it will be documented by a staff member and then an email sent to you, confirming your request and complaint. Within 5 working days of you contacting us, we will refund, exchange or replace any faulty garment. You will be emailed during each process.
Refund or cancel your order
We have a 100% refund or cancellation policy, meaning;
1/ You have the right to refund or cancel an order within 14 days of purchase. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind for any reason and you decide you do not want to keep the item/s, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order or return the item/s. You will receive a refund as long as the item/s are unused and undamaged. If you cancel your order, we will try to stop it before the item/s are dispatched, but please be aware that this may not always be possible. In this case the cost of return postage will be for your expense.
Where we are unable to stop your product from being dispatched please return it to us at P O Box 522 Kellyville NSW 2155. Once we receive the item/s, we will refund you the full purchase price, excluding postage. The product must be returned to us, at your cost, and unused.
2/ To cancel an order, please complete and submit an email to let us know of your intentions to sales@arkonhealth.com or phone us on 1300 85 12 40.
3/ We will refund you the purchase price for the item/s, within 5 working days of receipt of the item/s.
4/ We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If you used vouchers to pay for the item/s, we may refund you in vouchers.
Damaged or defective products
1/ If the item/s delivered to you are damaged or defective in any way, or are not what you ordered, please notify us within 10 days of the delivery. We will arrange to send you replacement garments or refund you, at your request.
